Sally, I’ve stayed in many places and there was nowhere that was awful. We’re going back in 2 weeks plus again in October and have booked back into our favourite place.

It really depends on who’s going, whether you’ve got kids, what you want and how much you wish to pay. Also if you want to be in town or are happy to have a 20-30min walk into town, a beach view or a quiet location etc.

Why not give us a clue what you’re looking for, what your own favourite is and I’m sure you’ll get plenty of comments. It will then be down to personal choice.

    Hi Frank

We normaly stay in El Guarapo, it’s just other half and myself, He likes it there but I would like a different accomadation just for a change.

I’ve stayed in the Molina de Guatia next door but wouldn’t recommend it.

Why not try the Oasis Lanz, Nazaret Apptmts or Galleon Playa. I’ve stayed in all three and they are all good.

I have stayed in 2 bed apts in El Guarapo, Oasis Lanz and Celeste in CT and I found El Guarapo the best of the three. I should say I was still very happy with all three accommodation wise (basic and clean). It was minor things like sun on the balcony in the evening and pool size that swung it. El Guarapo just had a better balance for us. Going back again in 6 weeks, can’t wait.

    Hi,

Stayed in El Guarapo two years running, but the number of cats put us off.

Stayed in Mansion Nazaret in April and going back in September. Nice quiet apartments, with nice pool and very handy to the Square, plus a member of staff there at all times.

I agree with Frank we have stayed in all the 3 he has mentioned and all are basic but clean and very central the Oceano is ok as well but it is a studiio but quite big and again very central.

Nearly all the same standard if you are self catering. only difference is price and distance from beach. All inclusive is a lot more complicated.
