If you want to stay in Costa Teguise,
El Fondeadero, Avenida los Corales 22, Las Caletas. This typical spanish restaurant is located at entrance of the resort.
Otherwise small places like Arrieta/Punta mujeres, north of the island, have many nice restaurants too.

If you are traveling out places like El Golfo and La santa have very good seafood restaurants

A new restaurant has opened in Pueblo Marinero called Mercado Diecesiete. There are mainly fish and seafood dishes on the menu and it looks quite interesting, although maybe a little more expensive than some of the other local restaurants. I haven’t tried it yet but it’s on my list of places to try. It has had a lot of publicity in the public press over the last couple of weeks and a lot of money has been spent on refurbishing it
