Sarah, I will get the ball rolling.

The beach 1km before Orzola set among the rocks
    Famara but watch the undercurrents

Chispas in the Pueblo Marinero square CT for cheap drinks and seeing if you can make Simon smile

El Amanecer Arrieta, try the Churros de pescado (fish fingers to you and me, but not the Birdseye variety))
    La Bohemia CT, superb steaks
El Fondeadero at Las Caletas on the coast road to Arrecife from CT, authentic tapas.

    Arrecife town centre

    Jameos del Agua/El Mirador
    Fire mountains
    Puerto Calero

I don’t do the other items on your list

The end of the airport runway in Matagorda to see the airplanes land just above your head.

Chispas in the square in CT for an evening drink before dinner at one of the many great restaurants in CT.

Hennesseys bar in CT on the second Sunday in July for the Munster hurling final (for anyone Irish).

Las Cucharas beach when the waves get really big, just to jump in them with the kids (not for toddlers).

Walking the loop and prom in CT for a bit of exercise in the morning and after lunch – difference between coming home half a stone heavier instead of a stone heavier 🙂

El Golfo to see a sunset and lunch good value from set menu at the little place at the viewpoint / car park can’t remember the name.

Los Hervidores to see the crashing waves

Hire a car and drive around the coast.

So many nice places but love CT best of all

Para mi es numero uno evidentemente Playa Concha en la Isla Graciosa.
Toda la Graciosa es muy buena.
