Going to Costa Teguise on June 12th for 2 weeks. Will it be warm enough for me to sunbathe on the beach and by the pool? Must get a tan! Thanks.

You can sunbathe all the year in Lanzarote. June is already summer time in Canaries, so you are sure to get a great tan. Dont forget suncream Rachel 🙂

I go in June every year and you can get burnt to a crisp if you’re not careful. The weather will be great – guaranteed.

Sorry, i thought this question was amusing, i didn’t know how to take it, but of course you can sunbathe in Lanzarote in June, temperatures reach between 25-30 with light winds. My fiancee and I holiday here in June and september, both are as good as eachother. The weather is warm at its coldest… 🙂

ha ha, I know I sound a bit crazy, but I haven’t been abroad for 22 years and everyone keeps on telling me how windy it will be! So straight away I pictured cold winds like in the UK! Thanks for your answer!

Put it this way, put your worries to rest, i am joining you on the 14th of june, and i like the heat, the wind, people have this age old idea of “breezy teguise” but as in england, climates are changing, and the breeze is actually a god send, it can be so hot during the heat of the day that the breeze takes that sting out of it. Just make sure you still put suncream on it. I am also going to costa teguise and love it here, so any help you want on good places to eat out…drink and see…anything i will try and help you.

juist thought i would mention that the breeze in costa teguise makes the temperature feel slightly cooler than it actually is. this is very deceiving as you can get burnt very quickly. keep tghe cream on and everything will be ok, lovely jubbly costa teguise the best

I have been in June for the last 2 years and last year it was around 25 -30 degrees and the year before they had a mini heatwave and it was high 30’s. Last year was quite cloudy and windy though, the sun didnt really come out until around 10am.

is this your wind up michael. myself and other site members know where the ARCTIC and ANTARCTICA is,but Antarctic is a new one on us.what is the weather like there, and can we get a sun tan.lol

I think you will find me grammatically correct, if i had wrote its not the antarctica i would be wrong. If i had missed the “the” out you would be right. Please stand corrected young lady.
