Don’t know what happened to the rest of the post? We stayed there in December 2010 and have tried several other places in CT but are thinking of going back to Oasis later this year?

I`ve stayed there twice this year, my first time there but i had visited friends there in 2009 and i don`t think it`s changed at all, infact it probably hasn`t changed in years.

we have been staying at the oasi twice a year for the last 15 or so years and things have changed quite a lot. the reception area has been re- furbished & so has the bar/restaurant. some of the rooms have been re-furbished although a lot more to do. just got back from a two week stay & wish I was still there.

Hi Dave and Ian, thanks for the replies, we are saving like mad to get there again this year, we love CT so much it would be nice to have a decent win on the lottery and move out there for good……

We stayed in Oasis Lanz for 2 weeks and came back on the 16th July. As above really the bar/restaurant has had it’s furniture upgraded and some of the rooms have been upgraded as well. The reception area has been refurbed and made bigger by knocking into what was the managers office, the toilets were being refurbished whilst we were there. The menu in the pool bar has been re-vamped and new lighting around the heated pool is very nice. They seem to be concentrating on getting people to buy into the resort in a “time share” sort of way but the is no heavy pressure selling – you get a letter through the door but it’s up to you to go and see the sales pitch – we weren’t approached at all, just got a smile from the staff when we walked past the sales office (the old owners bar in reception).

I’d reccomend Oasis Lanz to anyone – it’s by no means 5* but excellent staff and location.

    p.s. the heated pool isn’t 😉
