Hi Debbie, we came back on Saturday from el trebol after an 11 day stay. This was our 3rd holiday there in 18 months, needless to say we love it (family of 3). There is always plenty of food, well cooked and hot. When a dish runs out it is replenished immediately. I’m vegetarian and always find enough to eat and for meat eaters there is plenty of choice, usually fresh meat being cooked in front of you. The homemade soup is really tasty! The entertainment has recently changed as Thomas cook reps have taken over so it usually involves audience participation but a couple of nights a week there is a local act on, either reptile show or magic show or african dance show and of course there is cash prize bingo every night (5 euros a ticket). Entertainment in the day begins at 11am around the pool, 12 noon is usually a quiz, then back at 3pm for water polo or pool or maybe football etc. Generally Costa Teguise is a quiet resort, the beach has wind surfing or you can go rock pooling at one end or main beach for body boarding and splashing around in the waves. Lots of excursions though such as, volcano trip, Teguise market, Playa Blanca market, submarine trip, etc. Btw, the pools at the el trebol are very good, 4 in total so I’m sure your children will love it, my 8 year old can’t wait to go again! Hope this helps Debbie and have a good holiday. Dean.
