Hi Mick, Just look around, there are many bars to choose from and local lagers can be sold from as little as 1:50 euro. Some bars also have a happy hour which may last for two hours.
Cheapest are generally not on the sea front. Most bars advertise the price of a beer if it is low. Enjoy!

their are bars doing a large beer for 1 50 but suddenly prices go up at any given time which is,nt always made obvious look for bars that are consistant with thier prices and don´t fluctuate depending on the time of day

Without a doubt the Las Palmeras bar is the cheapest, 90 Cents for a pint of Alhambra, 1.50 for a pint of Carling. Wine, soft drinks, tea and coffee all 1 euro. Food cheaper than anywhere too. It is on Avenida del Mar past playa Bastian as you walk towards the outskirts of the resort, next to the pyramide and Playa Roca apartments towaqrd the Tuscan. Well worth a visit!
