May, Sept, Oct with my preference Sept and October. You wont get the stifling heat and the pools and the sea are lovely to swim in.

We went 28th Sept to 12th October weather was gorgeous but very windy first few days and just a bit chilly at night. Went back for our 9th visit for Xmas 13th December until 27th and again weather was great did have rain though ,but we were told that they had had 3 weeks of gale force winds and rain just before we went We did notice that normally all the lava beds are full of weeds ,first time we have ever seen that in Costa Teguise .we have also been in March (1 day of rain ) and in June weather too hot for me then.

we have been to Lanzarote in march, august and October. found March can be overcast but dry with winds. and not too hot. August we spent 3 weeks in Macher and encountered a Calima which are extremely hot conditions. for 4 days the temperatures reached over 140F. but we find the best month is October. we have been in October for 12 years now and have never had any bad weather at all. allways sunny (the occasional part cloudy day) and temps in the 80s. With CT you will allways have a breeze that is why the windsurfers love the place
    hope this helps

We found October was the best have been at other times in the past, we went November one year but at that time the evenings were chilly and even the days were very windy.

last year October was great very warm days not chilly at night very little wind only on the last day there did it change may of been the fact that they had really bad weather that day in Tenerife.
good job we did not go in November as the weather was not very good at all heavy rain and storms
