You could try San Francisco Park, v quiet, no children or bar, but plenty of both closeby!!

    Owner lives onsite.

the oasis lanz club in costa teguise, excellent. but you did not say which resort ?

private accomodation is probably your best chioce as you pay per apt or villa rather than per person, try espanabreaks.com or lanzarotelates.com

thanks for your replies – very interesting – I’ve been advised that playa blanca is the best resort and am going to check out some private rentals – great suggestion

The best resort in my opinion is Costa Tequise, some lovely hotels on the beach would recommend Tequise Player but if you want child free then Thomson do Coronas adults only.

We’ve jus come back from here https://lanzarotebeachhouse.wordpress.com/ very quiet excellent facilities and just a short walk from the beach and shops.
It is very private and the owner is great, will even let you take his dog for a walk and lent us his barbeque.

Have a look at the villasun.net site they have private villas with a private swimming pool , hot tub and all mod cons. They are in a central location handy for all the bars, shops, restaurants and beach.

When i have check the prices for villas with private pools they are really dear, i would check out adults only hotels in P. Blanca could be cheaper option as there is only two of you to pay for

Villasun.net does not charge for under occupancy, prices start from around £580 per week for 2 people.this would be in a two or three bedroom villa. Have a look at the website. We have had really good holidays in these villas. Just ask before you book though as some villas are overlooked some aren’t.

If you want a hotel option I would recommend the Teguise playa can’t promise child free but every time we have stayed here it has been very relaxed. They have all board options and I would have a look at the monarch website as they seem to have the best deal on this hotel that we could find.

I also agree that villasun.net is a great choice, especially for a relaxing holiday.
Have been in 3 different villas with them all exceptional, and this year will be the
4th time. Each time I have paid £490 a week for three bedroomed villas, this time
it will be a 4 bed and the same price.
